These Terms govern the use of the DewDev online platform (hereinafter — the “Site”) and constitute a public offer under applicable international laws and regulations. By accessing or using the Site, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms.
The User agrees to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable international laws, regulations, or standards, including but not limited to laws relating to information technology, data protection, intellectual property, and online safety.
The User is prohibited from posting or distributing content that is unlawful or harmful, including but not limited to: extremist materials; calls to violence, terrorism, or public disorder; content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on any characteristic; knowingly false information of public significance; pornographic materials; content that infringes the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and the right to privacy; personal data of third parties without their consent; as well as using the Site for fraud, spam, phishing, or any other illegal activity.
The User bears full responsibility for the content they publish. The Site administration is not the initiator of user-generated content and does not conduct prior moderation; however, it reserves the right to remove any content that violates applicable laws or these Terms, restrict access to user accounts, and disclose information to authorized authorities where required by law.
In accordance with applicable international laws and regulations, the Site may store user data in various jurisdictions, process and transfer such data as necessary for its operation, and implement systems for filtering prohibited content.
The User acknowledges and agrees that their activity on the Site may be logged and analyzed, their account may be suspended or terminated in case of violations of these Terms, and their content may be removed without prior notice.
